Aidan Parchelo M.A. Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) 

Aidan (he/him/his) works with adults and youth (16+) to address challenges such as depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and major life transitions. He also enjoys and offers a specialized approach for clients affected by issues relating to autism, ADHD, giftedness, and high sensitivity. 

His trauma-informed approach integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as DBT, SFBT, narrative, existential/Buddhist, CBT, and IFS. At its heart however, his approach is based in kindness, grounded accompaniment, and personal respect. Aidan offers a safe and supportive environment for people of all cultures and backgrounds. 

Aidan earned his M.A. in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University. He is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and is supervised by Arash Kameli. He likes cats and dogs in equal amounts, and finds it unconscionable that anyone would be asked to choose.
