Katrina Tarkowski, Registered Psychotherapist, (Qualifying)

Katrina believes psychotherapy can help you resolve issues and become unstuck. She works with individuals and couples, in English and Polish, who are experiencing life’s struggles and will support you with effective, evidence-based tools to cope toward a more fulfilling life. Katrina is committed to creating a space that is safe for all individuals and lived experiences.

Katrina’s practice is focused on supporting those dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem and relationship issues. She approaches treatment from a collaborative, empathetic, and judgement-free perspective and takes an integrative approach when customizing treatment to her client’s needs. She uses Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, and Solution-Focused Therapies.

Katrina has a M.A. (Counselling Psychology) from Yorkville University, is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).  She is supervised by Alice Lurie, RP (youth and couples) and by Dr. Amelie Zonato, PsyD, C.Psych (adults).
